Drew Smith Shares New Single ‘All In’
Connecticut-based indie-pop singer and songwriter Drew Smith is back with his brand new single All In, the second single to be taken from his upcoming EP, Directions.

I am really enjoying the cool guitar riffs and how smooth his lovely vocals are. Written by Drew and co-produced by Drew and artist/producer Lex (@Imlexmusic), All In is a song about fully giving yourself to another and hoping that feeling is reciprocated. This relatable message is backed by his smooth vocals flowing over an infectious production packed with a blend of crisp, clean electric guitars, delicate piano keys and jazz-inspired horns. All In showcases Drew's talents as a songwriter, singer and producer and I think you guys will enjoy this cool song as much as I am. Check it out below!



Speaking about All In, Drew Smith said,
For my latest single All In, I contemplated a theme of commitment. The song alludes to commitment in terms of a relationship, but I think it can be aligned with many different aspects of life. The song describes a person fully giving themselves to another, hoping that the feelings and commitment will be reciprocated. I used powerful metaphors and a unique writing style, with a vast majority of the words being “in” references or phrases. This can be seen in the chorus, for example, ‘Baby am I insane, in trouble, falling in love with you, because I don’t want to invest, interest if it don’t involve you.’ I felt like I, quite literally, went All In with this one!
