Carnival Kid, the indie/alternative solo project of German singer and songwriter Christian Stezycki, has just shared his brand new single The Avalanche, a breakup song about being afraid of everything that might happen once you finally decided to go separate ways.

Carnival Kid's vocals are packed with so much emotion and his passionate vocal delivery soars effortlessly over the lush folk-tinged pop production. I am really enjoying the intricate acoustic guitar melodies and how the song starts calmly and slowly evolves into a powerful ballad.
