Courtney Paige Nelson Shares Emotional New Single ‘Better Now’
American singer and songwriter Courtney Paige Nelson has just shared her emotional new single Better Now, a piano-based song about going through depression, suicide attempt and the healing afterwards.

Better Now gives us a glimpse into the darker times of Courtney's life on which she tried to take her own life, but gladly she went to find help by checking herself into a treatment facility. This piano-based song is drenched with emotion and her gorgeous vocals make the listener feel each and every single word she is singing. I am really enjoying how the piano chords are beautifully intertwined with lush strings, creating an intimate atmosphere for her powerful vocals and message to soar. Courtney shares this song as a way to let us know that we're not alone and that we should reach for help when struggling with depression. Better Now is a beautiful piece of pop music with lush piano keys and a powerful, hopeful message which you can check out below!

Speaking about the song, Courtney Paige said,
All of my trauma surfaced abruptly and I ended up being in a very dark place. I thought my only option was to take my life. During that moment in time, I felt I was a burden to not just myself, but everyone around me.. that my best option to not feel so hollow anymore.. was to let myself go. After putting myself through that situation, I realized that I needed to take the personal steps forward and get the help I needed. I checked myself into a residential treatment facility for almost 2 months and left everything behind. No one knew where I was, I barely had access to social media, and I finally was getting the help I needed. This song is about my journey through it all.

I’m very thankful I took that step and I hope by sharing this piece of me, that I can inspire other people to not feel so alone and to reach out for help if they need it.
