Daecolm - Figures EP
London-based rising R&B / Hip-Hop artist Daecolm has just shared the official music video for his single Flashing Lights, the stand out track of his long-awaited EP, FIGUR£$, out today, January 17th!

The Jon Saw-directed video was filmed in 3 key locations around LA city sights and it perfectly captures the essence of the lyrics. Check it out below!



Speaking about the video, Daelcom said,
The video is really a unapologetic direction to the song. It's not too artsy but not too plain. It tells the story of the lyrics which is going MIA. Me and the girl just being in our best mode and wanting to film our process of going MIA, we venture around the city looking for cool spots to chill and be in the moment. SLUSA TV are the directors that made this vision come to life.

FIGUR£$ EP is an 8-track project executively produced by Daecolm and ADP and is packed with gorgeous soulful and R&B tracks reminiscent of acts such as Chris Brown, Drake, The Weeknd, and others. My favourite songs, apart from Flashing Lights, are Cadillac '95, Swervin', Righteous and Neon. Daecolm's soulful vocals are quite captivating and this project sounds perfect for a laid-back weekend. Speaking about the EP, Daecolm said,
FIGUR£$ has three key meanings. The figures of women, the figures of money, and having to figure things out. I think this represents where most human beings are at any given time in life. I want to shine a new light on R&B music coming from the UK. But personally I don’t see that as a problem. I love what I love, and I’ve always been infatuated with R&B.
