I am a big fan of his distinctive and smooth vocal delivery that soars effortlessly over the organic instrumentation. Travis Rue is a gifted storyteller and he instantly captures our attention to his story via his smooth vocals and infectious melodies. I am loving the emotive piano keys and guitar melodies of this Folk-infused indie-pop song, which create quite a warm and intimate atmosphere that allows the emotion of his beautifully-written lyrics to stand out and go straight to our hearts. This is quite a relatable song about being so caught up in our own existence that we fail to see the people who need help around us. It's a beautiful lament about what has been lost and wishing you have done things differently.
