iEzra Unveils New Single ‘Midas Days’
iEzra, the new project of Black Taxi singer Ezra Huleatt, has just unveiled his brand new single Midas Days, a song that looks back on the beautiful childhood moments.

I am really enjoying his smooth and dulcet vocal delivery over an upbeat pop production packed with groovy guitar riffs, synths and delicate piano keys. I also enjoy the nostalgic touch of the song that gets the listener thinking about the innocent, carefree days of their childhood and late-summer days. I am quite a nostalgic person and I can perfectly relate with the song's message of wanting to go back to a more simple time, with freedom and happiness. Check it out below!

Speaking about the song iEzra said,
My childhood was weirder than yours probably, but that's not what I want to talk about. I want to talk about early memories...those one or two that we hold onto as adults, that we polish, a last vestige of our innocence and a reminder of what if felt like to be pure, non-jaded. One of my mine: piling out from the school bus, a sea of suspenders, head-coverings, and Eintrachen, breathing in the sun of Ohiopyle State Park, then taking off on bikes down the Youghiogheny river trail towards Confluence. A nirvana of laughter. Sunday afternoon glory. Dusty apples and peanut butter, cruising, untouchable.

Midas Days is about freedom, it's about sibling love and rivalry, invincibility vs. vulnerability, age vs youth, treasure vs what we choose to treasure.
