Fly Felix Unveils New Single ‘Fictitious Fantasy’

Fly Felix, the project of Texas-based singer and songwriter Drew Tyler, has just unveiled his brand new single Fictitious Fantasy, a stunning piece of indie-electronic music about realising the naive mindset that all dreams will one day come true.

I am really enjoying his smooth vocals and the synths are by far my favourite part of the song, giving it a retro and dreamy atmosphere. The introspective lyrics convey a feeling of nostalgia and realising that true happiness occurs when we learn to love each present moment, appreciatting where we are in our journey. This message is perfectly backed by a lush electronic production with melodies packed with killer guitars and synths. The chorus has somewhat of an expansive touch which also makes me think that the song would do great in a soundtrack or end credits of a movie. Check it out below!
