The Satellite Station Drops New Single ‘Fear of the Sea’

The Satellite Station, the project of American singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Travis Rue, has just unveiled his brand new single Fear of the Sea, an extremely relatable song about fearing to get to an old age and looking back at life and feel nothing but regret.

I am really enjoying the tone of his voice and how smooth it is. His storytelling abilities are great and the production is quite polished. Fear of the Sea is a beautifully-written piece of folk-inspired indie music packed with emotionally deep lyrics and an infectious hook. Loving the touches of piano and those lush guitar melodies. Really enjoying how his storytelling captured my attention and got me thinking about my own life choices. This is a great song for a chilled out weekend at home and you can stream it below!
