London-based singer and songwriter Anna Wolf has just unveiled the official music video for her sophomore single Silence, a song about her own struggle with anxiety. I love the acoustic guitar plucks in the intro which allow her lush, distinctive vocals to soar and get us ready for the powerful message of the lyrics.

The music video, directed by Henk Pretorius, portrays how Wolf's inner demons are the obstacles that hold her back. The demons metaphorically inspired the helium-filled balloons that are tied to Wolf and restrain her from the freedom of movement and ultimate self-actualization.
