Winnie Raeder
London-based, 23-year-old Danish singer-songwriter Winnie Raeder has just unveiled the official music video for her captivating, emotional debut single Don’t You Dare, out now via AE Records.

The video was shot in Blåbär, Putney, the cafe Winnie first worked in when she moved to London, and where her talent was later discovered. The video was directed by Adam Pitts and features Susie Blankfield on Cello and Silvan Rupp on piano. This is such an intimate video perfect for such a heartwarming song. Check it out below!

On the track, Winnie said,
“It'’s about someone leaving you and the denial you feel when it happens - the utter desperation you feel at not wanting to accept that person is leaving or has gone forever. For the production it was a very conscious choice to make it as simple as possible. Thinking of the story and what’s being said, the overall sense is one of numbing. When you feel numbed, it feels like everything stops. Silence. Space. I wanted to create that feeling sonically”.
