Runabay Unveils New Single ‘Dig’
Irish 6-piece indie-pop band Runabay have just unveiled their brand new single Dig, the lead single of their upcoming debut album set to arrive on May 24th!

I am loving those intricate guitar works and how the strings give the song a captivating magical touch. Dig is a song that recounts youthfulness and reflects on Ireland’s tumultuous relationship with education and resistance. Dig tells a story of mischief, truancy and adventure- to Dig is to persist, interrogate to extract information.

The instrumentation here is flawless and creates such an intimate atmosphere that is impossible not to be drawn to what they are singing. I am also loving those distinctive vocals and infectious hook! Dig has an earthy/natural vibe to it, making it perfect for the festival season as it brings that airy, fresh atmosphere to our days. This is a magical piece of Folk-tinged, indie-pop music with beautiful storytelling and lush melodies. Check it out below!
