Brother Leo Unveils ‘Shine’ Music Video
Swedish pop sensation Brother Leo has just shared the official music video for his latest single Shine, co-written with Grammy-nominated Elof Loelv (Rihanna, Tove Lo, Tove Stryke). The colourful visuals were directed by Amitay Leopold and were shot in La Muralla Roja, a postmodern apartment complex on Spain’ssouth coast. I am really enjoying the playful summer vibe of the video that perfectly matches the song's atmosphere. Check it out below!

Speaking about the video Brother Leo said,
The idea for this video was to illustrate a colourful trip into the subconsciousness - the feeling of being trapped and lost inside your own self-made prison and longing to find the way out” explains Brother Leo. “I was in a pretty dark place when this song came to life. The writing process turned out to be some kind of turning point for me, both personally and creatively. To some this will probably be another happy tune, but for me it means something totally different.

Shine is a sun-soaked piece of pop music that contrasts anxious, existential lyrics with an upbeat, feel-good production. Listening to this song I instantly got that summer, chillout vibe and a big smile on my face, even though the lyrics are quite deep. This is one of those songs you play out loud to get you in a feel good mood.

Brother Leo makes engaging sun-kissed pop that possesses a quirky and unconventional undercurrent. And this is only the beginning. Brother Leois working on new music with some of the world’s leading producers including Mark Ralph(Years & Years, Clean Bandit), Coffee (Dua Lipa, Rihanna) and Dan Grech(George Ezra, Lana Del Rey).
