Olivae Unveils New Single ‘Come Back Home’
I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than sharing a brand new song from gifted Portuguese singer-songwriter Olivae, the moniker of Vasco Oliveira. Come Back Home is his new single, and even though it is in English, it perfectly captures the Portuguese melancholy and "Saudade".
Come Back Home follows his previous singles A Place To Stay and Benu and is taken from his upcoming album. I am loving the intricate acoustic guitar melodies that allow his warm and emotive vocals to shine. Loving how the backing vocals enhance the emotion of the lyrics and give it somewhat of a dreamy touch. It's the intimacy of the song that drew me towards it and I could listen to it all day non-stop! Come Back Home shares a message of hope and is a lovely piece of Folk music, perfect for those days you want to be on your own with your thoughts. Check it out below!

Sometimes I have so many thoughts on my mind and so many things to that I start to feel anxious and nervous with everything. In the most difficult moments I usually take a walk in the woods with my dog and just let that peaceful environment quiet me down. This song is about hope and the joy of being able to overcome the most difficult times.
