Rhys Lewis
Following the release of his heartfelt single Better Than Today, Londoner superstar of a singer/songwriter Rhys Lewis is back with a stunning new single titled Hold On To Happiness, out now on Decca. I am loving that stripped-back guitar melody on which Rhys' soulful vocals soar effortlessly, capturing the listener from the very first note. Rhys surely knows how to craft a heartfelt track that pulls a listener's heartstrings.

It’s a comment on society today, how people focus on things they don’t have than the things they do, especially with social media. Produced by Rhys working alongside Aidan Glover, Hold on To Happiness was recorded straight to tape at their studio in South London. Stream it below!

Speaking of the track, Rhys explains,
We’re simple creatures at heart, I don’t believe we need a lot to be happy, but we live in a complicated world now that seems to make us focus more on the things we don’t have than the things we do. Social media makes people fall into that trap, and I’ve realised how damaging it is.

Life just happens, and it’ll pass you by if you let it. So, I’m trying to stay more in the present, to be truly there when the moment’s golden, to make memories I'll reminisce not regret.

I can't wait for his debut album that will be out this summer!! Alongside the release of ‘Hold On To Happiness’, Rhys has also announced a headline European tour in May. Check out the dates below!
