Elodie Rêverie Unveils New Single ‘Fire in the Desert’
26-year-old Los Angeles and Manhattan-based producer and vocalist Elodie Rêverie has just unveiled her brand new single Fire in the Desert, a groovy piece of electro-pop music that marks her debut as a producer/vocalist and songwriter. This song was inspired by when she left college to live in the desert for half a year when she was 18 where she learned to bowdrill.

I am really enjoying her smooth vocals and how they flow naturally over the electronic production. One of my favourite parts of the song is the infectious guitar strums that give an addictive touch to the track. Fire in the Desert is a great song for indie/electro-pop lovers that enjoy smooth vocals, light synths and groovy guitar riffs. Stream it below!

Influenced by Daft Punk, Dusty Springfield, Chopin, Julie London and Kygo, Elodie started creating music in college because she thought her attempting to write a song would be entertaining to watch but didn't anticipate it would be any good! The Brooklyn native is set to release her debut EP this June.
