Jack Savoretti Releases Video For ‘Candlelight’
Jack Savoretti has just unveiled the official music video for his stirring new single Candlelight which impacts February 1st on BMG Records. The single is taken from his upcoming album Singing to Strangers, out March 15th.

Shot in Rome at the historic Cinecitta film studios and directed by Charles Mehling (formerly of The Brian Jones Town Massacre) the haunting video follows the nostalgic journey of Jack and a long lost love throughout the eternal city. Watch it below!

Speaking about the video Jack said,
I really wanted to thank Rome and Italy for inspiring this album with all the amazing cinema and music that I was brought up on. It's somewhat of a homage to Italian culture and to my father and my fathers' father. It’s important to remember and celebrate our roots, and mine are very deeply rooted in a more romantic time of European history’.
Co-written with Joel Potts (Athlete, Ezra), Candlelight is an intoxicating rhapsody of strings, choral harmonies, sinuous bass and guitar, with Savoretti’s woody, heartfelt rasp perfectly woven in between.
