Noah Kahan Unveils ‘False Confidence’ Video
Vermont-based 21-year-old singer/songwriter, Noah Kahan has just unveiled the official music video for his brand new single False Confidence, out now via Republic Records.

The Jesse DeFlorio-directed music video shows Noah performing at an open mic show at the same bar every week but and fails to connect with the audience. He goes over several images of an artist, wearing different outfits and even getting some grills and fanny packs, until he goes back to being himself and finally gets the crowd enjoying his music. Watch it below!

Speaking about the video Noah said,
‘False Confidence’ is a song about believing in yourself but also not taking yourself too seriously in the process. Making this video was a blast, I've never had the opportunity to act in any way and playing these different characters was almost therapeutic. Personifying the self-doubt that creeps into your thought process from time to time and then stepping back and having a good laugh while making it felt good.
The song is simply amazing and shares the message of believing in yourself. This is a brilliant piece of alt-pop music with groovy melodies packed with great guitar works and percussion. The energy of the song is amazing and that bridge really gives me the urge to start dancing. I've got to say I am quite happy I found his music because I can't stop listening to it. His vocals are super distinctive and remind me a bit of a mix of The Lumineers and Milky Chance. Noah's a talented singer and songwriter and I can't wait to hear more from him.
