Bad Gyal Premieres ‘Yo Sigo Iual’ Music Video
Catalan club crossover queen Bad Gyal goes back home in the personal visuals for her latest single Yo Sigo Iual. Directed by Cyprien Clément-Delmas and produced by CANADA (Rosalìa, La Zowi), the visual sees Bad Gyal return to her hometown, Vilassar de Mar, following a year of touring the globe with her music, and focuses on Bad Gyal with her real life friends and family, enjoying some downtime in Vilassar Del Mar, Spain in the height of summer.

Shot on 35mm film and featuring campfires, impromptu dance performances and neon-lit drift races, Yo Sigo Iual is an intimate portrait of Bad Gyal’s downtime, perfectly reflecting the track’s soft inflections of reggaeton and subtle flourishes. Watch it below!

Speaking about the video, Bad Gyal said:
The video was recorded in my hometown (Vilassar de Mar) and it features my friends - Fake Guido, B.T... - and my siblings Paula and Bruno, as well as some of their friends, who are very close to me. The locations we chose are places where we grew up and used to hang out all the time. While some of the scenes were already planned beforehand, some others were completely organic and happened naturally with no direction at all. I'm very happy with the result because it does justice to the song theme.

Releasing her second mixtape, Worldwide Angel, to critical acclaim at the start of 2018, Bad Gyal has gained an impressive following for her own unique sound, a hybrid blend of reggaeton, dancehall and progressive club rhythms.
