Joy Crookes Releases New Single "Bad Feeling"
Time for some awesome music guys! 18-year-old UK singer-songwriter Joy Crookes has released her brand new single Bad Feeling - the first to be taken from her upcoming debut EP.

It's a hip-moving, tongue-in-cheek slice of UK soul perfection, which reminds me of something Amy Winehouse would definitely release! The track was produced by by Tev'n (SBTRKT, Celeste, Lily Allen) and written by South Londoner Joy. Check it out below!

Loving this percussion-laden track with a super infectious rhythm. Speaking about the single Joy says,
We've all experienced temptation. 'Bad Feeling' describes the feeling of being on the edge of temptation but never falling. I wanted to make the song slightly tongue in cheek because when you do get out of the situation you realise how silly it all was...
2017 is set to be a big year for the singer-songwriter, with the next few months alone bringing her debut EP, a slot at Bushstock Festival in London (June 10th) and a performance at Live Nation's renowned Source Night at The Lock Tavern on July 14th!

Joy's bold visual aesthetic, powerful lyrics and sophisticated modern pop sound are proof of this striking new talent's deep and longstanding obsession with music. It's an obsession rooted in an incredibly eclectic musical collection; some of her favourite artists including Massive Attack, Black Uhuru and Young Marble Giants.
