Brighton band Phantom Runners have released their new single, Laserbeam, and I'm loving it! The tune was produced by multi-platinum selling Huey Morgan of Fun Lovin’ Criminals. This is an effortlessly cool tune with beautiful guitar layers and infectious melodies. It reminds me a bit of 90s indie/rock music, and that's a huge compliment because the 90s were amazing when it comes to rock music. It is very smooth guys, you'll love it! Enjoy!
The band are currently talking to a number of labels, to have a deal in place for spring/summer. They have also been busy writing a number of new tracks, moving towards a more groove/poly-rhythmic based sound, the latest Blood Orange album and all of Michael Jackson's albums have been on rotation in the Phantom Runners HQ
