Janet Leon faz parte do grupo PLAY e em 2009 lançou o seu álbum de estreia a solo. Agora ela está a trabalhar no seu novo álbum, que deverá sair em 2013, e These Chains é um dos temas do álbum. Janet tem trabalhado com o produtor Jörgen Elofsson (Kelly Clarkson “Stronger”, Britney Spears “Sometimes”). Ela irá competir na seleção nacional Sueca para a Eurovisão  com o tema Heartstrings, escrito por Fredrik Kempe & Anton Malmberg Hård af Segerstad.

After touring in US as a lead-singer in the girlgroup PLAY, Janet Leon released her first solo album in 2009. She is now writing music together with the GRAMMY-nominated songwriter and producer Jörgen Elofsson (Kelly Clarkson “Stronger”, Britney Spears “Sometimes”) and is planning the release of her second solo album, due to be out in 2013. “These Chains” is the first preview of her collaboration with Jörgen. Next year, Janet will be competing in Swedens national selection for Eurovision Song Contest with the up-tempo popsong “Heartstrings”, written by Fredrik Kempe & Anton Malmberg Hård af Segerstad.
