Aqui vos apresento mais um novo artista: Jonny Rogers! Este jovem de 17 anos vem de Las Vegas e desde miúdo se tem dedicado à música! Em 2007 competiu no International Presentation Of Performers (IPOP) na categoria de jovens cantores dos 13 aos 18 onde ficou com o 2º lugar ao ter cantado o tema Home de Michael Bublé! Jonny trabalhou com o duo Darren Sher e Steve Carlson no seu 1º álbum, Soldier, e o que temos é um excelente álbum pop! Eu adoro o tema Survival, tenho ouvido esta semana toda sem parar no meu iPod! :) É uma excelente faixa pop com batidas contemporâneas! Gosto da sua voz, do refrão... Esta faixa é apenas uma amostra do quão bom este álbum é! A faixa-título, Soldier, é mais um bom tema, mais perto do electro-pop/dance! Outra faixa que adoro é o tema Thinking Of Me, adoro a letra, a guitarra acústica... uma boa balada! :) Enfim gosto de todas as faixas, é um bom álbum para ouvirmos em casa, na rádio, etc, e passarmos um bom momento!

Here I introduce you to a very good artist: Jonny Rogers! This 17-year old comes from Las Vegas and music has been a part of his life since he was 5! In 2007 he competed in the International Presentation of Performers (IPOP) coming at #2 on the male vocalists, ages 13 to 18, with his rendition of Michael Bublé's Home! Now he teamed up with producer & songwriter duo Darren Sher and Steve Carlson to make his debut album: Soldier! This is such a great pop album, lyrically and musically speaking! Survival is my favourite track off the album! I've been listening to it nonstop for the past week on my iPod! I just love everything in it, the chorus, his voice, the melody! :) However this album doesn't have only a great track, they're all amazing! The title-track, Soldier, is a great song a bit more electro-pop/dance than Survival! I also love Thinking Of Me, I love the lyrics and how we get to know its story, the acoustic guitar... it's a great ballad! There aren't many albums that I love each and every track and this is one of those! I strongly recommend this album and we should all keep an eye on Jonny! :)
