Jhon Allan Explores Lost Friendship and Pain in ‘BROTHER’

Swedish-Peruvian producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Jhon Allan has just shared his brand new atmospheric alt/dream-pop single BROTHER. 

 

Out now via Genesis Records, BROTHER finds the talented artist delivering an emotional and painfully honest reflection of a broken friendship. You can feel the pain and raw emotion pouring from Allan's heartfelt vocal delivery which soars effortlessly over the captivating production. BROTHER encapsulates the betrayal and loneliness that follows a broken relationship and finds Jhon Allan introducing a darker chapter of his upcoming EP, set to arrive on November 14th. Accompanying his gorgeous vocals we have a polished atmospheric production with organic drum patterns, subtle synths and lush guitar riffs that together with his dreamy vocals create an overall warm, intimate atmosphere!

 

Speaking about the song, John Allan said,

BROTHER just poured out of me after a conversation with a friend. I felt betrayed and lonely, and everything just burst out into this song. It marks a turning point for both me and the EP, which was originally supposed to be about love and light. I was forced to face some difficult things and started writing my way through it.
