Linebug Share New Single ‘Sideways’

Danish duo Linebug, which consists of songwriter Line Bøgh and visual artist Christian Gundtoft, have just shared their brand new single Sideways, a dreamy song a warm about drifting without any steady direction - searching for identity in a world that is getting increasingly complex. 

 

Out now via RAR, Sideways follows their intimate gem Beijing and finds the talented duo beautifully showcasing their singing and storytelling abilities. I am very fond of the lovely, ethereal-like vocals which glide effortlessly over a captivating blend of lush, cinematic strings, memorable brass elements and delicate piano chords. This is a great song perfect for a laid-back, reflective day home alone and is beautifully accompanied by a captivating music video, directed by Christian Gundtot, which pays a loving homage to the classic stop-motion video “Sledgehammer” by Peter Gabriel.
