Nada Robot Share New Single ‘December 1999’

American Funk-fueled indie pop collective band Nada Robot, consisting of husband/wife team Addam & Mia Farmer and brothers Heath & Austin Farmer, have just unveiled their brand new single December 1999, an infectious piece of indie/electro-pop about the End of the World Y2K days. 

I do remember those days in 1999 when we thought the New Year was going to bring the end of the world as we knew it all because of some date formatting in computer programs. The good old days! Hehe. This song brings me back some good memories and I am loving how it is wrapped around such an infectious production with a killer chorus that got me hooked to it in no time. 

I am particularly fond of those ethereal, layered vocals and how they soar over groovy guitar riffs (loving that solo), punchy percussion and bright, shimmering synths that create such a feel-good and laid-back atmosphere perfect for a weekend at home. Check it out below!
