JC Stewart Shares ‘Lying That You Love Me’ Music Video

Time for some emotional music! Northern Irish singer and songwriter JC Stewart is known for his emotionally revealing, pop-orientated songwriting and you can really feel every single word he sings on his latest single Lying That You Love Me.

I am a sucker for piano-based ballads and this one has such an emotive piano melody that enhances his passionate vocal delivery and when he hits those high notes he really got me hooked to the song.

Lying That You Love Me is now accompanied by a touching music video, directed by Sophie King, which cuts between two connected narrative strands. In the first, JC and a girl (played by Clea Martin) are enjoying the carefree rush and excitement of blooming young love. But in the other, he’s home alone following their split, reflecting on what might’ve been. It's a bittersweet, sorrowful yet also optimistic video which you can check out below!
