Among The Acres Unveil New Single ‘Eyes of Pain’

Connecticut-based indie/americana/rock quarted Among The Acres have just unveiled their brand new single Eyes of Pain, a gorgeous single taken from their new album Looking In, out now.

Once again Michael Day's vocals give the song a great dose of emotion and perfectly reflect the rootsy, Americana side of their writing. The song is packed with intricate acoustic guitar and banjo melodies that won me over from the very first listen. I am really enjoying the raw emotion that comes via those enthralling vocal harmonies which soar over the instrumental. Eyes of Pain was the first song they learned as a band and is a great track for Americana-infused Folk music lovers and it sounds like a great track to be played live. Stream it below!
