Nick Bowen Unveils New Single ‘Hard On Yourself’
New York-based singer/songwriter Nick Bowen has just unveiled his brand new single Hard On Yourself, taken from his self-titled debut album out now via Exquisite Noise Records.
Hard On Yourself is a smooth piece of Folk music on which Nick takes the listener to another world surrounded by emotive piano keys and infectious acoustic guitar-based melody. Speaking about the song Nick said,
The song was written from a person who is depressed and overthinks the smallest details in life. The chorus is more of a pick me up with lines like “won’t you drown it out, when you’re hard on yourself.” Letting go before that kind of depression swallows you.
