DIY Swedish pop duo I Am Karate have just unveiled their brand new single Work It Out. This is such a groovy piece of electro-pop music with an overall laidback atmosphere perfect for the weekend. I am loving the mandolin (if I'm not mistaken) and how the electronics perfectly intertwine with that instrument to create an ethereal-like mood which is highlighted by the airy, floating vocals. This song means so much to us. We wrote, recorded and produced it ourselves, helping each other every step of the way to not overthink it and just let it be born in that environment. The lyrics emerged from own experience of realizing that your behaviour can cost you the most important person in your life.
