Iconique Unveil "Iconique" Music Video
Time for some Disco! LA's disco-act, Iconique, have unveiled the cool, self-directed video for their eponymous track and you can watch it below!

Loving the retro vibe of the video and how funky the track is. Speaking about it Iconique said,
Any dance track worth your footwork has to start with the bass line, and the bass proved the impetus for the song as a whole. Our material in general owes a large debt to Chic, whose sound encapsulates pop music at its most luxurious. Lyrically, we'd been wanting to write something featuring a chant of our band name, so we worked backwards from there. And sure, our name is in and of itself on the, let's say, "ambitious" side. But they say to write about what you know, and one thing I'm well-versed in are my own delusions of grandeur. So it all came quite natural, you see. Iconique is, after all, primarily about being a legend in your own mirror.
Iconique melds disco rhythms and silky synth highlights to draw out the shimmering grit within pop music.

The group electrifies live audiences with over-the-top displays of grandeur and the occasional keytar solo. Before their first pair of dance shoes had even worn through, Iconique graced the stage of some of Los Angeles's most in vogue venues and music festivals.

The trio consists of brothers Eric Promani (drums / synths) and Greg Promani (guitar), and frontman Leo Paparella (vocals / synths). Listeners are lured onto the dance floor with a synthesis of sounds ranging from Chic to David Bowie. By drawing from the past, Iconique creates the disco of the future.
