James Blake Premieres New Single ‘If The Car Beside You Moves Ahead’
James Blake has premiered a brand new song, If The Car Beside You Moves Ahead, which is available now. This song was first aired last night during James BBC Radio 1 Residency, and is partnered today with an atmospheric video filmed around Los Angeles and directed by Alexander Brown. Watch it below!
I wasn't expecting this type of experimental music from James, with the chopped vocals and electronics, especially when on Christmas Eve James unveiled a surprise, beautifully stripped-back rework of Don Mclean’s Vincent, and is currently working on further new material.
