Skinny Living
Wakefield-based band Skinny Living have released their brand new EP VI, out now on RCA Records. I've feel in love with these guys after listening to their songs Why and Only I. The EP follows the release of the track “Why”, which is the lead song here. It’'s backed up by live versions of “Breathe” and “If Love’s Enough” plus the remarkable “Let Me In”. Their brand of gorgeous acoustic soul music backs up singer Ryan Johnston'’s deep and heartfelt lyrics that provide a heavy dose of wisdom that belies their years. His vocals are absolutely dreamy!! Stream it below!

Geez guys! This EP is packed with lots of emotion. Let Me In is as stunning as the songs I already loved of them and is set to be my personal favourite.

The four-piece deal in beautiful, haunting acoustic soul music, drawing on influences such as Bill Withers and Paolo Nutini.

Skinny Living began in 2013 when guitarist Will Booth was first floored by singer Ryan Johnston's incredible voice at an open mic night in their hometown of Wakefield, before being augmented by Danny Hepworth (guitar) and Rhys Anderton (drums).
