Riton Premieres ‘Money’ Music Video
Riton has premiered the official music video for his brand new single Money, featuring Kah-Lo, Mr Eazi and Davido. Loving the feel good visuals for this afrobeat infused summer hit.
Set in the culturally rich surroundings of the Nigerian capital of Lagos, the video pulls us into a colourful and vibrant world. The infectious beat of Money is the soundtrack to exploring the energetic streets of the city, stopping for a trip at the beauty salon before culminating in an explosive dance-off with Kah-lo, Mr Eazi and their comrades.
On the video, Riton said:
It was my first time in Lagos and I was super psyched to go there as I’ve been a fan of Afrobeat for so long. I wanted to check out the shrine but unfortunately didn’t have time… So much thanks to Kah-Lo for making it all run smoothly. It’s a wild experience shooting on the streets of Lagos and Ozzie the director did a great job, the team work made it happen.We really wanted to capture as much of the life out there without it looking like an Instagram mood story and I think the story - getting ready to go out, having a good time while doing so reflects the tracks and how the best things in life are free! Have to shout out Sherri Silver too for the choreography and Mr Eazi for being an angel and man like Davido (when we managed to track him down, being the most famous musician in Nigeria). It was just incredible to get everyone in the video together.
