Seafret, one of my favourite indie/folk acts, have announced a string of UK dates for Spring 2017. Having recently released new single ‘Blank You Out’, the Bridlington duo (Jack Sedman and guitarist Harry Draper) follow-up their sold-out London, Omeara show this week with the news that they’'ll hit the road in March 2017. Tickets on sale this Friday, 9am from: seafret.com/#live

Tour dates:
Monday 6th March – Brighton, Komedia Studio Bar
Tuesday 7th March – Oxford, Bullingdon
Wednesday 8th March – Nottingham, Bodega
Thursday 9th March – Manchester, Sound Control
Friday 10th March – Leeds, The Wardrobe

They also make their Russian live debut in Spring 2017 with shows in Moscow (March 23rd) and St Petersburg (March 24th).

‘Blank You Out’ was recorded at the end of the summer in Glasgow with Ross Hamilton, who they worked with on several tracks on their debut album, ‘Blank Me Out’ is stomping impassioned ode to modern life. Speaking about the track Sedman explains,
Sometimes in life you'd give anything to be with the person or people you love the most. ‘Blank You Out’ is about trying to find a way to distract yourself in the times you are separated from them.
