Após ter a ajuda de Britney Spears eis que Will.i.am tenta novamente ter mais um #1 com a ajuda de Justin Bieber no tema That Power. Este tema de dança, bem cheio de auto-tune, é engraçado mas não creio ser melhor que Scream & Shout!

After enlisting the help of Britney Spears, Will.i.am now enlists pop megastar Justin Bieber on his new track, That Power! This heavily auto-tuned track (which is normal when it comes to Will's music) is cool however I don't think it is that better than Scream & Shout!
