A Paramount Studios vai avançar com um novo filme da saga de terror japonesa: The Ring. Este filme que foi "americanizado" em 2002 e depois em 2005 deverá voltar aos cinemas com uma nova cara. É dito que este filme poderá vir em 3D, ou seja, o sonho de qualquer fã de filmes deste género! Hehe O filme deverá chamar-se Ring 3D e os produtores deverão ser Walter Parkes e Laurie MacDonald.  O realizador deverá ser Hideo Nakata. Paramount Studios are moving forward with a new film of the japanese horror saga: The Ring. This film, that was "americanized" in 2002 and then in 2005, is expected to hit the movie theatres with a fresh face. It is said that it might come out in 3D, the dream of every fan of this genre! Hehe. The film is called Ring 3D and the producers are Walter Parkes and Laurie MacDonald. The director will be Hideo Nakata. It is also said that the film might premiere in 2011 and the plot will be more teen-centred than the other ones, a reivention of this saga is what they are looking for.
