Jennifer Lopez terminou o contrato com a Epic Records (Sony). Após os rumores de que ela teria sido deixada pela discográfica Jennifer lançou um comunicado a dizer que o contrato entre ela e a Epic Records terminou e que ambos chegaram a um acordo sobre a saída dela. Jennifer ainda aponta que irá lançar o seu álbum Love? neste Verão e que já tem outra discográfica mas não revelou o nome. Os rumores apontam que talvez será a Island Def Jam.

Jennifer Lopez has finished her contract with Epic Records (Sony). After the rumours that she had been dropped by the label she released a statement:

"I am making this statement to put an end to any confusion in regards to my next album, titled Love?. I have belonged to the Sony family since the beginning of my career as a singer and together we’ve had great success. I have fulfilled my contractual responsibilities with Sony/Epic up to this point, and we have both reached friendly terms about my departure from the label. I’m also happy to say that we’ve found a new home for my album Love and that it is slated for release in the Summer of 2010.”

According to some rumours she might have signed with Island Def Jam.
