David Archuleta irá participar da versão de We Are The World em espanhol. O cantor irá dar voz ao tema entitulado Somos El Mundo, traduzido por Gloria e Emilio Estefan e já aprovado por Lionel Ritchie. David junta-se assim a estrelas como Thalía, Alejandro Fernandez, Andy Garcia, Carlos Santana,  Ricky Martin, Paulina Rubio, Enrique Iglesias, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, Marc Anthony, Jon Secada,Gloria Estefan, entre outros. O vídeo irá estrear a 1 de Março no Cristina Show no canal Univision.
