Country singer/songwriter Thomas Rhett earns his first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart, with his latest effort Life Changes debuting straight atop the chart with 123,000 equivalent album units sold. Life Changes is the first No. 1 country album in 2017, and the first in a year, since Jason Aldean’s They Don’t Know back in October 2016. The top 3 is comprised of debuts: at No. 2 we have The National's Sleep Well Beast with 64,000 units and at No. 3 we have ODESZA's A Moment Apart with 63,000 units sold.
