Alice Jemima Premieres ‘Take Me Back’ Video
Alice Jemima has just premiered the official music video for her single Take Me Back, which appears on her debut self-titled album (produced by Roy Kerr; London Grammar, Bloc Party, Foxes) released earlier this year via Sunday Best Recordings.

The video for Take Me Back was directed by James Heaphy and features a girl replaying memories of past relationships and friendships. In Alice’s own words,
It's a visualisation of the song showing fragments of people's past and the times they've had; an inspiring journey through the memories that give us confidence and carry us through the mundane. I love the nostalgic feel to it. The lyrics are about friendship and finding out about who you are and the person you want to be.

Take Me Back is now featuring on a Simple Advert as of the 1st July 2017 and is one of the first songs Alice wrote for the album. I love her sweet vocals guys! She describes the new single,
Production-wise it’s pretty much stayed the same along the way, I tried to change it up a bit, give it more of an electronic vibe but it seems to be one of those tracks where a percussive feel works best.
