Speaking about Still Have You To Hold they said,
The song was written about an old couple who've been together for over 50 years and whose radio is stuck on Radio One all the time. But they don’t mind as they’re heard it all before.
Named after The Warsaw Radio Orchestra, a group of brave musicians who kept performing during the WW2 invasion of Poland in 1939 – Warsaw Radio is a group of five remarkable musicians, who individually have worked with the likes of Sting, Cinematic Sinfonia, and Tom Odell.
Currently working on their debut album with The Maccabees & Florence Welch producer Jag Jago, the band have already toured extensively around the UK and Ireland, with headline shows in Whelans Dublin, Ronnie Scotts London, and The Great Escape Festival.
With a live sound that taps into their inspiration of Wilco and Fleetwood Mac, and in support of their new release, a song that merges rich instrumentation and emotive vocals – Warsaw Radio are playing two exceptional shows in Brighton and London.
