Leo Stannard Premieres video for "Gravity" featuring Frances
21-year-old multi-instrumentalist Leo Stannard has premiered the official music video for his brand new single Gravity, a collaboration with BRIT Award-nominated songwriter Frances, out now on Black Butter Records (Zara Larsson, DJ Khaled.). I've been a fan of Leo's and this one is another gorgeous gem where he showcases his unique vocals and knack for crafting timeless pop melodies. Check it out below!

The single’s nostalgia-laden accompanying video was directed by Tim Moorhouse, and documents a day-in-the-life of two young brothers and a group of young friends. Tim said,
It's inspired by my relationship with my older brother - when he hit adolescence, he started rebelling and didn't want to be affectionate and playful with me anymore. I struggled with that. Over time, we had to find a new way of relating to each other. To me, 'Gravity' is a song about the one person that you can rely on through thick and thin. Adolescence was a turbulent time, and though I watched my brother change a great deal, I always knew I could rely on him.
Speaking about the track, Leo says:
I wrote ‘Gravity’ originally and then thought it'd be amazing to get a female vocal on it, but it had to be someone who really understood and felt the song. I wanted to make sure it really resonated with Frances as much as it does with me. She's an incredible singer and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
Following the success of his headline UK and European tour in the spring, including sold out shows in Berlin, Hamburg, cologne and London’s Omeara; Leo Stannard has just announced his next London headline date in October at Scala with pre-sale live from today and general sale live on Friday June 9th.
