The Coral release new "Holy Mountain Picnic Massacre Blues EP"
The Coral drop today their brand new EP Holy Mountain Picnic Massacre Blues, via Ignition Records. The four-track EP opens with a brilliant remix of recent single 'Holy Revelation' by celebrated Manchester DJ/Musician Andy Votel, entitled the 'Holy Mountain Picnic Massacre Blues' De-Mix. My favourite track is After The Rain (Post WW3 Return Of The Super Turv Mix). Super smooth, groovy and infectious! Then we have a Voyagers Vs The Coral remix of 'Distance Inbetween' album opener 'Connector'. The EP closes with 'Unforgiven', only previously available as the B-side to the limited edition 7" of 'Chasing the Tail Of A Dream'.

Today The Coral embark on their second headline tour of 2016, including a headline show at Shepherds Bush Empire on Friday December 16th .

In addition to the tour, an exclusive exhibition - 'The Coral: Distance Inbetween' - documenting the music, artwork and stories behind the album, opens on Dec 8th for two weeks only at Red House Originals Gallery in Harrogate. The one-off exhibition will feature new unseen artwork alongside special edition prints created by The Coral's Ian Skelly to document the songs and the stories behind the music. Also on display will be original artefacts and ephemera that inspired the creation of the album.
