Evening everybody! So the second live show of X-Factor UK 2016 is over!! The theme was Motown and the competition welcomed back Four of Diamonds, since Brooks Way left the show!

Opening the show we had Freddy Parker performing Ain't No Mountain High. It was ok! I loved Emily Middlemas' performance of Stop In The Name Of Love! A lovely version of this classic by The Supremes!

Matt Terry turned the sexy on with his awesome performance of Marvin Gaye's I Heard It Through The Grapevine. He just guaranteed himself all the ladies votes! Following Matt we had Relley C with a powerful vocal performance of the awesome classic Ain’t No Sunshine!

Sam Lavery has a great voice but I wasn't feeling her version of Lionel Richie's Hello! It was good but didn't do anything to me! 5 After Midnight showed that they are here to win with a stunning Motown mash-up of Get Ready and Reach Out I’ll Be There.

Ryan Lawrie performed Stevie Wonder's Superstition and Simon did not like it at all! I liked it but I did understand what Simon said, felt a bit forced. Then we had Honey G who remains in the competition for the laughs. What I liked about her performance was the fact that I love Diana Ross' I'm Coming Out. I am a bit tired of the "when I say Honey you say G" part.

Back to the singing... we had Gifty Louise performing Michael Jackson's version of Rockin' Robin. Her vocals are awesome, they remind me a bit of Lauryn Hill. Saara Aalto performed Tina Turner's hit classic River Deep - Mountain High. She has a great voice and I hope the guys in the UK give her a chance to stay further in the competition!

Closing the show we had Four Of Diamonds performing for the first time. They should have been in the competition from the start and not those Bratavio guys. The ladies performed The Supremes' You Keep Me Hangin' On and they have those harmonies on point! ! Below are my top 4 performances!
