Mariah Carey Joins American Idol As A Judge

E os rumores estavam certos. Mariah Carey junta-se ao American Idol como novo membro do júri!! A Fox confirmou que Carey é mesmo júri na 12ª temporada do programa a estrear em Janeiro de  2013! Agora só falta mais um membro para completar o painel e de acordo com os rumores Mariah receberá 18 milhões de dólares! :P

And the rumours were right! Mariah Carey is the new American Idol judge! Fox has confirmed that Carey will be a judge on the 12th season of the show premiering in January 2013! 

As a singer, songwriter, and producer, it’s going to be fun and rewarding to help find new talent and give back with ‘American Idol’. I’m currently in the studio working on my new album and its first single, ‘Triumphant,’ which will be out early next month. I can’t wait to channel my creative energy as a part of this show which is a massive global phenomenon.

Now only 1 more judge is left to complete the judges panel and she's being paid 18 million dollars? :p
